Normally, the minute hand's sweep (measured from the center of the hole to the tip) should extend to the middle of a clock's numbers or minute marks. In this case, it measures 2".

Great clock hands for vintage clocks. I have a vintage PF Bollenbach wall clock, it originally had a key wind 8 day mechanical movement but unfortunately the pivot holes were so worn due to poor maintenance that it would no longer run. Having the clock rebushed by a clock maker would have exceeded the clocks value and I don’t have the tools to do it my self, I honestly believe all clock movements should be fully jeweled like watches but that’s a conversation for another time. I ended up getting a quartz USA made Takane movement for it but the original hands would not fit due to the different shaft size. These hands are a perfect fit and probably the same lengths as the original. Minute hand is 2 inches long and hour hand is approx 1 1/2 inches long. Perfect fitðŸ‘ðŸ¼

I rescued a beautiful, rectangular Italian tile clock headed for the trash. The clock was bought as a gift in Italy, tucked away in a suitcase while it traveled to its new home in California, many years ago. The clock was presented to my mom as a gift from her best friend. One of the delicate serpentine clock hands had broken in half, the other two hands were bent...it lay sadly atop a pile of items in the garage headed for the goodwill or the trash. Not everyone delights in repairing things like I do. I rescued this little clock, cleaned it up, added a new battery and searched for new small serpentine hands which I found at Rockler/Amazon.com. I love it! I am so thrilled I could find the small serpentine clock hands that fit and were almost exact replicas of the originals.

Smallest I could get for my antique clock, but worked ok. Nice to know you can still get parts!
