Definitely worth buying. These fit perfectly with the strap locks that I have on my two straps now. I had to purchase a thicker set of screws for one of my guitars, but other than that the existing Hardware worked perfectly.

The necessary part of the strap locks that attaches to the guitar body. No other strap buttons will fit the Schaller type strap locks.I've used this system on all of my guitars for the last 40 years.

I would suggest getting a different brand if you want a nice snug fit for your s-locks. These are loose enough that I would worry about them popping out during use.

I bought these strap buttons to use in conjunction with the Music Nomad Acousti-lok and match my Schaller gold strap locks, just wish they were deeper shade of gold and a bit thicker. I had to modify and add a bolt in, paint it black to make it blend on the the acousti-lok before screwing the button, I added pics for reference, otherwise this works and is a good upgrade

Now I can use my strap for all three basses! The buttons work well and come in colors to match any guitar or components.
