This purchase was full of pleasant surprises! First was that the order gave me a 7-10 day delivery estimate, but it got here in 4. Sweet!Second was that the white finish on the file cabinet was perfect, despite some scuffing and scratches on the box. This thing was packaged SO WELL!Third, the construction is great. It’s all metal, the drawers align, the lock works, the measurements were what I expected, and the wheels (the only part I had to add) all fit and were easy to assemble. It even came with a wrench to tighten the bolts so I didn’t have to so much as look at my toolbox for this. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

Good price for a nice, very sturdy little file cabinet that fits neatly under the desk. The file drawer smartly allows for hanging "legal" size or "letter" size files due to a smart cross-bar that accommodates either orientation. Also includes a nice locking mechanism (and 2 keys) to keep contents secure. The constructuon is precise, with no gaps or warping. The wheels roll very quietly and smoothly, and a fifth wheel on the bottom drawer prevents the file cabinet from tipping over when the drawer is fully extended. I was so pleased with the quality and features that I ordered a second identical cabinet the next day. Matte Black color is perfect in my office.

Fits perfectly where I needed to keep it. Directions were clear, but putting it together with a regular screwdriver left some scars. You almost need raccoon hands to fit in the spaces for a most of the screws. That wouldn't stop me from buying another one, it's a good product and sturdy for all the files it's now holding. I really like this file cabinet.

Locks easily and rolls easily. The tray in the top small drawer really holds a lot for its size. Drawers open and close smoothly. Solid cabinet. If I need another I’ll buy another one of these.

These come preassembled and have high quality drawers and mechanisms! I put two of these together since I couldn’t find a double wide drawer that was as short as I needed. The wheels work great. I think I’m going to figure out how to join them together in the back since I often want to wheel them aside—but like when they stay lined up perfectly aligned.

The file cabinet was packed extremely well but that is where the good news stops. The top was dented in and because of the excellent packing and internal packing material (which was undamaged) I have to assume it was like that when it was packed. Two of the drawers were skewed, the top one horribly so. On inspection I could see where it was never put on the track correctly and jammed in pushing the whole drawer tightly against the other side. When contacted the seller offered a 40% discount which I explained would not make the cabinet functional. At the reduced price it would be an expensive doorstop. I am an elderly 5 foot tall woman and have no choice but to repack a 40 pound bulky item and figure out how to get it to UPS (OR, of course, there is that doorstop option). My wasted time and inconvenience was completely avoidable if they hadn't packaged up and sent a cabinet that had these very visible issues from the beginning. I, for one, am tired of this and seeing it all too often these days.
