UPDATE: I was wrong. After I wrote the review about the spigot being cheap plastic, I was preparing to pack it back up to return when I noticed a small box inside with the ACTUAL stainless steel spigot. I had given it 3 stars but I upgraded to 5 and I wanted to apologize to the maker of the product for my less favorable review. I really like this.Original: The glass is sturdy and the product seems like it would work for most beverages. But I’m a little turned off by the description of the spigot as stainless steel. It’s certainly not. So while I think the glass is high quality I’d pay more for an actual stainless steel spigot.

This is the perfect size for making continuous brew kombucha. Make sure you get the stainless steel spigot. Mine was missing the first time (just had the cheap plastic one), and I returned it and got another one. It needs to be stainless steel. I love it!

I needed a stainless steel spigot. What arrived was cheap plastic.This will not be suitable for kombucha.

The spigot on this container is plastic, not stainless steel as described. The wrench to apply the nut is too small.

This was a gift. She loves it! She milks cows, so she can put fresh milk in it. She can dip cream off the top while dispensing milk at the spigot!Fits perfect in her fridge.
