The remote has buttons for page up and page down on the sides. Towards the front is a button for “B†which toggles a black screen on most software. Closer to the back is a button that is supposed to exit/enter full screen mode, but this may not work depending on what software you use (it alternates between Escape and Shift-F5-Command-Option-P on my Mac). The giant button in the middle operates the red laser pointer. The remote fits comfortably in the hand and is symmetrical for left or right handed use. I can easily reach the 5 buttons with my thumb. The remote has a power switch on the side near the front - probably the only thing about it I am less happy about, but not enough to dock a star. My aging Kensington Wireless Presenter powers on any time the USB adapter is not inserted, which gives me one less thing to think about. The built in USB A & C adapter is a clever feature, it snaps magnetically into the remote. The pivoting plastic part on the adapter serves as a handle for pulling the adapter out and to prevent the USB-C end from getting filled with lint.Range: I was able to use it from 50 feet away with no issues.Battery life: I will get back to you on that. When charging, a red LED lights up on the bottom (marked INDICATOR); it goes out when fully charged.Bottom line: a good remote at a good price.

This wireless presenter makes your lesson or presentation better for everyone. As a teacher, it is so beneficial to be able to move through the classroom. As a presenter, being visible and keeping the focus on the presentation is very important. I loved being able to walk the room while using the presenter. I used the presenter successfully in a few ways. On my PC with a PowerPoint slideshow everything works perfectly. With my Chromebook and Google Slides it wasn’t 100%. The up and down buttons worked every time. The laser pointer also worked well. I will have to keep working with the presenter to figure out the full screen and the black screen. At this time I don’t know whether it was the monitor or Google Slides or any other variables that might have interfered with the full screen and black buttons. Aside from the above details I loved being able to walk the room and quickly change a slide while pointing out important points. The presenter is very light and works right out of the box. Using this wireless presenter adds an important layer to the presentation process.

I am using this product by connecting it to my MacBook. Once the USB is connected to the MacBook, it’s ready to use, and the USB can be stored at the bottom of the clicker. It has a strong magnet, so there’s no worry of losing the USB, and thanks to the integrated design with the clicker shape, it is perfectly hidden when stored. The wireless signal is excellent, working without lag even at a distance of 30 feet. However, if there is a wall in between, there was some lag, or it won’t work if the distance exceeds 15 feet. The red pointer is clear, making it very useful during presentations. There’s a fullscreen switch, which is convenient when using PowerPoint or Keynote. The charging is via Type-C port, so I can share it with my iPhone without needing a separate charger, which I personally like. Overall, I am satisfied with both the quality and functionality of the product.

In brief tests with a PowerPoint presentation, it worked well at times, advancing slides forward and backward, fading the screen to black, and initiating presentations. At a distance of around 50 feet, it sometimes worked, but mostly didn't work at all. Also, when I clicked with the clicker held behind my back, it would not advance slides forward or backward. This led me to believe that it wouldn't work when any obstruction came between the clicker and the receiver. However, in other tests at short distances it would advance slides. I never figured out what parameters prevented it from working. It worked quite well at times, but not all the time which is why I rate it 4 stars.

This is an amazing pointer. I'm thinking of buying one for my coworker (teacher too) Easy installation on my PC. The laser is a nice touch and I like how its rechargeable.

This is exactly what I needed to improve my presentations+ Rechargable+ On/Off Switch+ Magnetic USB interface storage+ Both USB A and C+ Easy to operate+ Plug and PlayDuring a recent presentation, I had to click the buttons on my laptop to advance the screen. That was distracting to my presentation. I ordered this "clicker" and my problem was solved. Now I can look at the audience rather than back at my computer every time I need to advance my slides.
