If you use it to cut some PVC pipes and soft metals then the maximum speed of 1500RPM drill will be enough, if you need to cut bolts or rebar and other hard metals please choose Die Grinder, after testing at 7000RPM can already cut some small bolts, the recommended speed is less than 20,000RPM.

I had to repaint my eaves on the house. I used these wheels on my little Milwaukee right angle die grinder to knock down flush around 100-150 nails poking through the roof underlayment from a shingle installation. The disks worked great and the smaller tool was super easy to manage overhead compared to my full size angle grinder. Went pretty fast. I used up three disks on this project.

Had a couple of rusted exhaust flange bolts that were half rusted off.Although it took two disks, did just what I needed in cutting them off.Some of these little disks advertise as capable to cut re-bar..... that ain't going to happen but for small metal cutting jobs, it works.... and great price too.
