I bought the 2x50 Matte Black. I was hesitant to purchase as there are so many factors to think about: will it stick, will it wrinkle, will it bubble, will it tear, etc.?It was easy to install after the first application and tear off to redo. You have to get a feel for using it. Once you play with pulling it a bit and peeling off a bit to adjust, it becomes very simple.The hardest part was the curve around the back side window. If the strip was wider than 2 inches, it would’ve been great, but hey it came out better than expected.I used my hands to push down as the felt tool they provided seems to scratch the top layer of the tape a bit. I used a credit card to tuck the strip behind the trim.I would say a heat gun isn’t necessary. Just take your time and work the tape as much as you can around the curves. Not much give to the matte vinyl but maybe there is more give in the glossy?All I know is it did exactly what I wanted it to do and I’m very happy. Total project took about 4 hours. Highly recommend!

Used this vinyl to wrap my daughter’s window trim. I do not recommend this vinyl it was not good quality, doesn’t stretch even when heated and does not stick well.

This isn’t the easiest thing to work with. I wanted to black out my 2019 Jeep Cherokee around my windows. The vinyl does not stick behind the frame so you have to cut it and line it up perfectly otherwise it will look a mess. It took me about 3 hours and it still is not finished. I had to order another roll to finish my frame.My recommendations:Use a better (not flimsy) razor that you can get a better grip on.Clean the area well before starting. I found it stuck better once the surface was cleanWatch YouTube videos! I learned a few tips and tricks that were very useful.Also, beware the blade they give you is VERY sharp and flimsy. I cut my finger pretty bad with it.

honestly it sticks and looks great, the left side is the one with the glossy vinyl compared to the right with none.

Arrived in good condition, well packaged. Prompt delivery. I have used the vinyl to black out the chrome trims on the side of my 2017 Kia Sportage. Very pleased with new look. It took a little bit of practice (first timer) It adheres well. Very pleased.

Just spent 20 min installing some of this on a BMW E90. It is easy to install, like anything take your time. It was easier doing it in the sun as it makes the film more stretchable and easy to manipulate. It ended up getting to hot causing some adhesion issues. I would like to do this in the shade with a hair drier, however apartment living does not afford this where I am. Works well and looks much better then the chrome. Awesome and cheap.
