I used this as padding in a "generic" hard case in which to place delicate instruments. A little cutting to fit and some spray glue, and I was spared the significantly higher cost of finding a specifically designed factory case.

I know it sounds odd, but I'm using this in my bathroom. the walls of our master bath adjoin the guest bathroom, and noise passes thru the wall easily. I put these on the wall to dampen the sound of private things, and music I listen to in the shower. It's a game changer. It comes with adhesive to rack it up with, and that sticks really well. Privacy is important. They block pretty much all noise from passing outside of the bathroom.

The sticky pads don't do anything, I use map pins to hold the material to the walls. Expect that inconvenience, i anticipated it.Removed the echo in the office, did what I wanted and needed.

I use these in windows facing construction noise, and they workI would recommend adding a "cut to order" offering to accommodate different sizes.

First off these come folded and vacuum sealed. It took every bit of 48 hours to regain a semblance of shape. These are not lighter stiffer panels. These are quite limp and hard to handle. I don't know about walls but the adhesive squares sent with this do not stick for long on a ceiling. I ended up using double sided carpet tape to hold these. You might as well order that right away with these instead of wasting 48 hours for these to regain shape and then finding out that the adhesive is a joke I spent 4 days between waiting for the panels to reshape and two more days and a lot of money to buy the carpet tape. Then because these are so limp and heavy they were a pain to get in place. There has to be better options although I am stuck with this now. You don't have to be.

These panels actually work as advertised. Unfortunately, the sticky adhesive blocks that come with them are not great and the panel comes unstuck very easily. Otherwise I give it a 10/10

Can't tell any difference once these were installed. Just seems like an egg crate piece of foam, that's all. Nothing soundproof about it.
