This 2 Pack Adjustable Patella Knee Strap, Knee Brace for Patellar Tendon Support I'm going to questions its durability right out of the packaging as I was unloosening the Velcro strap to place it around my knee the silicone strap tore. (shown in the pictures) I was able to place the undamaged one around my knee giving it the full test to see if it help while doing leg extensions, and running on the tread mill. The knee strap stayed in place and helped to take some of the pressure , and pain I would otherwise feel without using the knee strap. The Velcro strip allows you to get the proper adjustment and stays in place unlike the double eye ring ones I've tried in the past. I'm going to reach out to the company to see if they will replace the strap that tore at which time I will come back to change my rating the one knee strap has made a world or difference in allowing me to mobilize my Patellar tendon. Its need an amazing difference in the on knee.

I was dead lifting and absolutely ripped or pulled something on my left knee on the right side. My daughter did a little research and found out that I had ripped my Patella. I started doing research on the different types of supports that I could use to help me with the pain, so I went through all different types of knee braces and straps. There are some where you use one strap that goes below the bottom of your knee as well as one around the top of your knee. This particular one you only put one strap on below your knee. I had bought some neoprene Patella Knee Straps to use, but I couldn't get them tight enough and anytime I bent my knee they would come off. These Patella Knee Straps are made of a very soft rubber and have massage nodules that go against your skin or air circulation and massage. You can make these as tight as you want and they do not move. The build quality is seriously strong, and having gone through three different types of these I can honestly say that these are the best ones that I have come across yet. While they may not be as soft as the neoprene straps, they certainly hold on much better than the neoprene and this one has really helped my knee pain. I really like that you get two straps and I highly recommend them!
