I am using these little handles to access some storage bays under my living room floor. They sit about 1/16 above whatever you fasten them to so they are pretty darn flush. I was worried I might have to router down the floor some but 1/16 above the floor is no big deal for me.They are built pretty nice and feel good for 26 dollars for a 2 pack. They feel like they should hold up but I will update the review if they fail over time. Right now they seem perfect! Excited to install them!

It handle doesn't pop back into place without a push. I just keep it sticking out and don't slam the door. Lol

Using them for bathroom pocket door. Is heavy and solidly made. Easy to install if using proper tools. Attractive also.

These we're perfect for my needs to cover up our crawl space. I made a door and recess these in and they fit perfectly and work just like I thought they would. The quality and look is perfect. They installed so easily, and so far the durability for the value of the money is great.

I actually had planned on using this for an exterior door handle but it was smaller and less secure (could easily be unscrewed and removed to access contents) than I had planned on--my bad. The handles are very stiff--they don't move about on their own and rattle with movements. I may use them on my next project instead--a tiny house. But these could also be mounted inside my converted ambulance camper upside down as fold-up handles to hook things on.

I used this on a sliding door on my porch. It went in easily and looks great; the handle is held open or closed by rubber bumpers so no springs to squeak or rust. Unfortunately, the supplied screws, while looking nice and silver when installed, are already showing rust, so I will need to replace them with better quality screws. The handle, however, is still looking and working great.

I'm using these for side handles on a carry case of hobby tools. These have a good feel and they do not rattle when I'm carrying it in the vehicle. These have a good look and are functional to prevent binding the fingers against the case side when holding the handle horizontal. I'd use these again on a similar project.
