How to set or reset combination code?
1. Set the code to default (0-0-0-0) pull up the shackle
2. Rotate the shackle to the code setting gap
3. Push the shackle down until the tiny pin is fullly inside the gap
4. Rotate the shackle to the code line
5. Scroll the numbers to set your own code
6. Rotate back the shackle to the code setting gap until it pops up

● Before you open the combination lock, the number should be well aligned with the side window.
● When you set the combination lock password, the long shackle should be pressed to the end completely. Otherwise, it will lead to a disorder of new password and cannot be unlocked.

I got this to use on the hitch lock on my trailer. I had a Masterlock brand lock with a key that only lasted about a month before the key became too difficult to turn. Despite the fact that it had a flap to prevent water from getting in, every time I went to use it, the thing was filled with rain. I no longer have a good opinion of Masterlock products.After the problems with key locks, I really wanted a combination lock like this, but I wasn't sure how it would hold up to the elements and freezing Winter weather. It has now been outside on my trailer for over a year, and this lock has held up perfectly. It still performs like new. The numbers are easy to flip through. It opens every time. It fits the locking hole in my hitch perfectly. And best of all, it was inexpensive.5 Stars and highly recommended!

These are light duty locks - one good shot with a heavy hammer will defeat them I'm sure, but that's what I expected fot the money. As a light deterrent they meet expectations.The lock that worked was easy to set, lock and unlock. It is being used outside, and so far so good The other lock did not work-I was not able to set my combination. Since I am past the return window, I contacted the seller. I will update my review with their response (or lack thereof).Amazing customer service. I received a refund for the bad lock within a day of contacting them with the issue. I am impressed !

I bought this for gym locker use at the local Y. One for me, one for my wife. It's a good value, a "2-fer"... Not particularly rugged, but not a talking point for my needs. If you need something more hardcore for locking up something more valuable than your stinky gym clothes I'd recommend any of the Master brand products for that.This lock is very easy to program. The step-by-step instructions are not esoteric, and easy to follow. All in all it was money well spent on a product that works as advertised.

We got these after keys were stolen and we had to cut our last lock off. It works well, a bit funky as you can't close it unless the right numbers are in place, and it can take two hands when one would be nice. But once you know that, you just do it. They look strong and we did not have any trouble with them even using them daily for over 5 months.

These were extremely hard to set, one worked, other didnt, couldnt move the combo numbers on one, had to return, set the one that worked back to zero to return. I'm not a stanger to these kind of locks so it wasnt user error here

Used the same code on it from the beginning and it worked great for a couple months. But all of the sudden it won’t open with the code, I didn’t change anything. It’s been sitting on a fence outside for the entire time, without issue. Now I’m going to need bolt cutters to use my gate again.

I was afraid that it might be the locks where I accidentally change the pin but it's quite hard to accidently change the pin. The length was great too. No complains.
