Okay, just kidding. No anal pain but my wife has piriformis syndrome and these inflatable domes help to ease her pain. The pumps work great and I will be using them for other inflatable unmentionables I have around the house.

Broke my tailbone, doctor suggested ordering one, their perfect however they didn’t work for my broken tailbone, too much pain. I’m sure it’s perfect for other problems.

covered in soft cloth, plump and comfortable. they stay inflated and hold up well. i expected something cheesy and cheaply made for the price. happy to disappoint myself.

If you have tailbone pain this probably isn’t right for you. Look at the ones with an opening at the back not the middle.

At first I didn’t like it because it was fully inflated. But after letting out some air where it is only about 1 1/2-2†high when sitting on it. Helped heal a sore I had on the top of my leg.
