The balls seem hollow in the middle, reducing their mass and ability to transfer cold to my espresso. That said, they still seem to do a decent job.

These definitely cool down the espresso a bit, my main point in writing a review is a warning: a call fell easily into my garbage disposal causing a whole debacle. I really don’t suggest setting them in your sink to wait to be cleaned!

Maybe my hopes were too high, but it does not cool my coffee as I thought it would. I only have one spout but it still doesn't reach the ball well on my nespresso, I wish the details stated it NEEDS to be a one spout drip coffee machine or something about the space needed. The coffee almost runs off the ball and out my cup. I want to return them but I tossed the package in excitement. Now I'm stuck with them.

Easy to clean. Storage containers are a plus, keeps them clean while sitting in my freezer. I've also used them to keep my coffee warm longer by setting them in hot water for a minute or two, then adding to my coffee. Can't tell a difference with espresso, my machine is pretty good and I use good beans that are fresh.

I used this product to cool my espresso in order to make iced coffee but did not work at all. Did not change the temperature of my nespresso at all but maybe 3 degrees celsius. Honestly Very Disappointing!
