These 175 deg soft close hinges worked perfectly on our two most awkward-opening cabinet doors. We were trapped by the counter top going to the edge of this pantry with the tall door closest to the edge stopping at just 90 deg. You couldn't easily reach around the open door to get at the stuff inside. I was able to take the door off, remove the existing hinges, install the door-side of the new hinge in the existing routed hole in the door, hold the door in open position with a stack of books for lower position indexing, and then screwing the cabinet side of the hinge in place. Then I taped the door shut in the proper position and reached in from the other open door side and installed the upper screws. Then I repeated the process on the other cabinet at the opposite end of the counter. I had to add some spacers on the second door installation due to the differences in the opposite cabinet interior arrangement at the hinges, but I lucked out with a piece of junk wood just the right thickness. We love the convenience of being able to finally get into the cabinet without wrenching our neck and back, and the soft-closing feature is very nice.

I built kitchen cabinets for a narrow space and needed the doors to swing the extra opening to make it more functional. They worked perfectly! Very easy to switch out .. standard cup depth so I didn't need to do any extra drilling. Very easy to adjust alignment.Don't be alarmed if they are "tight" When you first open to install.. they will work great(I remember reading other reviews and that was a complaint) . These are well worth the extra money!

I used these to open the cabinet door fully clear of the frame, to be able to pull out a drawer. Worked like a charm. All I needed was a phillips head screwdriver. Soft close an added bonus.

Used these hinges to replace broken hinges on a 90 degree corner cabinet. The original inner hinges wore out and sagged. The movement was sloppy. Even when new, I never liked the feel and effort required to close the cabinet. The door tended to close over the door of the adjoining cabinet. It kind of swung wide if you didn't consciously slide to the other side as you closed the door. These replacements however close more easily. The cushion close damper helps snap the closure into place. They feel solid and adjust easily. Better quality than what came on the America Woodmark cabinet when I remodeled about 12 years ago. Time will tell how durable these hinges are, but I installed them a few weeks ago and they are rock solid so far.

The hinges appear to be OK for my application, but, that is all that arrived. Mounting instructions and dimensions for where the cup hole should be drilled would be useful but were not included.

The plate for the door side was not an exact fit but I was able to use with a little adjustment. I may have been able to find the exact fit but these do work just fine. The quality is good a the price is reasonable.
