Bright, easy to install, pricey compared to the easy to replace old fashion bulb, should not touch bare fingers, use gloves. Today I'm happy with the product, if it dies in a few months I'll amend my remarks. Shipping was quicker than quoted... In all good🤗

Don’t waste your money! I used these as a replacement in a Wolf oven. One bulb burned out the very first bake session at 350f and the second within a few weeks.

Bulb worked perfectly once installed. The only issue as mentioned in the title is that the connectors are both the same size while the original had two different sizes. Luckily, they are both the larger size so, the only concern was being very careful to put it back together without the smaller terminal falling out.

Bulb ships from China. I don't think it's new; looks like it was salvaged from a microwave shipped off for disposal. We'll see how long it lasts...Installation was pretty simple, after you get the microwave opened up. Panasonic requires the entire outside housing be removed and it's fastened with screws that need a special bit. Original bulb had straight lugs, but replacement's were bent. Just carefully bent them back straight. Installed just fine and it works.Since I don't think Panasonic supplies these bulbs anymore, I guess this is our best option.

Bought this light for my Panasonic NN-ST681S microwave. Fits perfectly. Extremely happy I found this supplier that sells them for a good price as compared to my local repair shop.

Works well in my Sanyo microwave. I couldn't find a 20 W screw-in bulb alone, but this 20W bulb with fixed socket fit perfectly after removing the old socket.
