I like these but the covers are very floppy, barely more than paper. If you're holding the ledger up, it's difficult to write in it. I use them for tracking exercises at the gym, so there's no flat surface to put it on to write.

This is now my go-to for budgeting, both my monthly basic planning and record keeping as well as for special projects. The lines are large enough to make entry easy, the lines are dark and crisp enough to prevent eyestrain. With columns for date, verification, item description, and then four number scored columns to allow for titles (for me it’s ‘Estimate’, ‘Actual’, ‘Due Date’, ‘Paid Date’) I can readily budget, track and record what I need to stay on top of my financials. I will definitely re-purchase in the future.
