The swords are heavier than I thought they would be. The base is sturdy and provides a good weight, so swinging the feels natural. They are on the larger side so you be able to battle without worrying about them breaking. The swords have different button functions which let you switch back and forth between different modes and lighting options. The LEDs are very bright and can light up a room. When you hit the swords against an object the produce sounds that make you feel like you actually battling.

Looks like it was a return item was scratched on both handles and the light changes when you use them without pushing the button.

My kids have been having lightsaber duels that would make Luke Skywalker jealous. The lights are bright, the sounds are epic, and the extendable feature adds an extra level of excitement. They've been battling aliens (aka their stuffed animals) all over the house. Highly recommend for any young Jedi (or Sith) in training
