The small Madeline pans for baking maintenance tips:
- Oven safe to 446℉ (230℃) - Brush oil before cooking.
- Do not cook the Madeleine mold for a long time without any food in.
- Use a heat-resistant silicone spatula when using the Madeline cookie pan and avoid sharp spatulas or metal utensils damaging the surface of the baking pan sets nonstick.
- Slight scratches on the surface of the Madeleine pan do not affect the use.
- Not Apply fire cook & microwave & electromagnetic oven.
- After cooking, do not wash the pan with cold water immediately.
- Cleaning tools should not be too hard/sharp.
- Dry when not using the baking.

These worked very well for making madeleines. I watched a video that recommended using metal pans, aluminum, no coating these were the best in my opinion. They performed before during and after baking, the way specialty pans should perform. I also did 4 batches right away, so it wasn't a one and done type of thing. The next thing it just comes down to your recipe which I can't help you with that.

Love at first use! Just finished baking my first batch of Madeleines for the grandkids. The pastries simply slid off the pan. Since they are magnetic, I believe they will work in the induction oven as well.

They were easy to use. The delicate cookies were easily removed from the pan. Easy to clean.

Pan works well. Baked evenly but the grooves aren’t very deep so there isn’t much traditional definition to the Madeleines.
