These pool noodles are large enough and strong enough for many uses other than (but including) pool noodles. I needed a sturdy pad for a cargo strap. I was able to pull the strap though the hole in the middle and these worked great.

I wanted black and you don't see them in pool stores. I'm using mine for added sponson flotation to a canoe. Kind of a mini outrigger setup DIY. I haven't started the project yet but think they will look great and work good for fishing from a canoe. The foam is dense and tough in these jumbos. You can tell the difference in density to dollar store noodles right off.

I bought these to stick under my coffee table to stop my dog from rolling balls under it and whining when she can't get to them.Cut them in half and stuffed under my coffee table; had extra and used to block area under my entertainment center.Really sturdy material and has worked very well for my intended use - no more dog toys under the furniture.

Ordered the double delux and they really are nice noodles. Didn’t get for swimming but for RV awning support and to block the back of the kingpin so critters don’t want to build a nest. Really is a shame to have to cut these into small pieces but that is what we did. Could not find black in the stores so these were perfect for what we wanted to do. Shipping and price was great and arrived in a large plastic wrap.

Love these for the pool. However, I bought these to put my generator cable thru my window. Lots of videos online. Works great!

I have huge gaps under the doors in my home. Since I keep two bedrooms closed off I cut these things in half and then cut across long ways and slid them onto the bottom of my doors as draft dodgers. Not pretty or elegant but functional. If you just have "regular" gaps don't get the "monster" size, it will be too big. The regular oodle size will likely fit normal sized gaps.

I have been having difficulty finding weather stripping for my garage door. The ones I bought from the home maintenance stores did not cover all the holes (my door sags in the middle leaving gaping holes on either end) and disintegrated rapidly and were expensive.My husband suggested pool noodles and I thought, what the heck. They are perfect! I cut them in two lengthwise and they are the perfect thickness. Even if they do not last as long as the weather stripping, I'm still way ahead because they are so much cheaper. They were the PERFECT solution!

I wanted to use these under my couch to prevent our dogs balls and toys from rolling under the couch. They were not as thick as I needed because the space under my couch is taller than the diameter of noodle. Although they appear to be well made, just didn't work for my purpose. I will use them under another piece of furniture to do the same thing.
