Burning the candle at both ends recently and I’m in my 50’s. Over the past 72 hrs I’ve maybe had 9.5 hrs sleep due to schedule and I’ve been able to push through. Noticeable difference in energy and mental acuity. It’s been tough but M-blue has given me an edge.

Package came quick and I immediately did a 5mg dose with a tall cup of water. I was able to immediately feel some effects. My mood was lifted and more energetic.. I took it too late in the day and had a slight bit of an energy anxiety so I’d reccomend taking it earlier In the day and I would start with a low dosage couple MGs..

I purchased this to test the social media hype about it being good for your brain's health, support memory functions etc.The product appears pure and well packaged. It is easy to use (just be careful to use glass containers because it could color plastics). What I have to say is merely my anecdotal experience of using it daily for over a month (10-15ml - = 5=7.5mg doses).This product is 100% water soluble. It may stain but it will go away if washed with enough water.It colors your mouth blue, so better take it before you brush your teeth.It will color your pee, so don't be alarmed when your urine becomes greenish blue. It doesn't color your eyes or skin so no one will think you turned alien.Does it work?It may have improved my sleep some during the first week. I felt more tired and ready to sleep at bedtime than usual, and I slept better than usual. This may be due to it's known effect on serotonin pathways. However, if what I felt is even the result of consumption of Methylene Blue, it seem that my body adjusted to it and the effect is much smaller now.I did not recognize any difference in my mental energy, my cognitive functions or my memory. To be honest, those are probably normal anyway, including the growing difficulty of retrieving names from memory - no improvement there. Also I have a benchmark of my Duolingo word-pairing time-limitted exercises scores, which have stayed quite the same.The limited literature on this product cites a 40-50mg daily doss to assist in cognitive function of Alzheimer patient. Since I don't have Alzheimer, I am not going to try going so high.So to summarize - this product is as good as advertised, but I am not sure it is needed or helpful to people who don't have issue of braincells mitochondrial health.

I'm using this product from few days and I could feel the boost in mental clarity and removing brain fog , although the product is great I'm not happy with the shipping company driver behaviour not waiting few minutes to open the door and throwing my package from ceiling I'm just glad the bottle didn't break
