First, be prepared for a strong smell when you open the package - much stronger than I'm used to with silicone baking pans, silicone sheets, etc. They're also much shinier and feel oddly more slippery. With that said, they seem like the proper size and height to make popovers, which is what I wanted them for. I've supplied a photo of the popover pans next to a traditional 12-hole muffin pan. These are thinner and more floppy, so you could NOT use them without placing them on a baking pan to support them. Additionally, they don't want to sit level without some work to adjust each cup. I use silicone muffin cups and donut forms, and both are easy to just drop on a pan and they're stable. I'll be curious to see how these perform. I have concerns that if I used these for a wet, heavy batter (such as with muffins compared to popovers), that they may not be as stable as I'd like. They're supposed to be BPA-free, food-grade silicone, but I'll see how they do after I run them through the dishwasher. If they still smell as strong as they do, I'll just use them in my craft room. They would DEFINITELY be easy to fold and roll up to stuff into a kitchen drawer, so if you want something that won't take up a lot of room, these are the set for you.

Works well for making popovers. But need to place them on top of a baking sheet in order to use. They are not a hard silicone.

to make popovers the pan has to be pre heated in order for the popovers to rise properly… silicone pan can not be preheated to really hot… waste of money

Works for our purposes! We actually got these to make bigger meat muffins as opposed to popovers. We grease the pan and the meat pops right out! Easy to clean as we just pop it in the top of the dishwasher. Good quality at a decent price!

No matter what I do with a metal pop over pan the stick, either at the top edges, the sides or the bottom some part always sticks and i have to scrape them out. That is where these shine. I had no sticking whatsoever. As other have stated you cant really preheat these which is a big part of making popovers.Overall they came out pretty good, the just didnt rise as much as normal. A bit flimsy too where handling is a bit difficult without a cookie sheet.

I was able to use these pans to make good popovers without modifying the recipe I use at all. Instead of preheating the pan, I preheat the milk and the eggs in a microwave to be at room temperature or slightly above. Baking is at 425 for 20 minutes then 375 for 10. The popovers came out easily as the silicon doesn't stick. The problem is that these pans are extremely flimsy. I used a metal cookie rack to support them as once you fill them, they are too floppy to move. They would have been better off taking the material they used for both pans and making one sturdy pan.
