I bought a 12†power snow shovel. It came with a 4ah battery. Good for about 15 minutes. These 8ah batteries last twice as long (as you’d expect). The DeWalt batteries are great but really expensive. These batteries recharge from dead to full in about 90 minutes which is good. Of all the 3rd party batteries for sale on Amazon, these were rated 5 stars. I’d agree.

Bought these batteries believing they were a reasonably priced replacement for my Dewalt 20v max cordless tools. Right out of the box they looked substantially smaller than my Dewalt 6 ah batteries but I thought "hey maybe battery technology had improved during the last few Years" so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Wrong....... These batteries are 4ah batteries NOT 8AH like the sticker says. They last about like the 2ah ones the tools originally came with. This was a total con. I have bought some import products on Amazon in the past and have been very pleased with the results. This however was not one of them. This a complete and intentional ripoff.

Plain and simple review, if you want these for a flash light, light driver or drill then they’re ok. But if you plan on powering high speed Dewalt cordless tools then buy original batteries. I put these batteries to the test with bandsaw cutting 2 7/8 oilfield pipes. Both batteries were only able to make 3 cuts each. Recharged both; one failed completely while making the second cut. The other one only managed 2 cuts, these batteries heated up a lot. So here you have it.

Works great! Easy to use, very small for easy carry, solid and arrived very well packaged. Very happy with this purchase

Do not purchase these - i fully charge them both compared to the DeWalt brand and they run out of battery power in 1/3 the amount of time as the brand batteries. They are a waste of money - not to mention being very frustrating.
