My elderly mother just moved in with my husband and myself. She needs full assistance every time she gets up. We have her in our basement apartment, so we can't always hear her when she needs us. I like the fact that the notification comes on our phones. My husband has the app, I have it and my sister who lives down the street has it. Although I am the one who is home with her all day, my husband and sister, both work, it's nice that we all get the notification when she pushes her button. One time she pushed her button and for some reason, my phone didn't notify me, so my husband texted me to let me know that my mom was pushing her button. Luckily, it was not an emergency. That was the only time that it glitched, but I can't say that it was the product, more than likely It was my cell service because my husband and sister both got the notification from where they work, in that respect, it's nice to have several people download the app. She's only been here for a couple of days and she's already pushed that button at least 20 times 🤦ðŸ¼â€â™€ï¸ 😂 it gives her comfort to know that I am just a push of a button away.Setting up the app was a little bit challenging, not for me, (the first person to set it up) but for my husband and my sister, my husband had sent her the invite, and that did not work, she had to scan the QR code that came with it, when she accepted the invite, it started a whole new account for her which obviously she didn't want, she had to join my account, so she needed the username and password to login.Other than that, this alarm system has worked beautifully. My husband and sister both work at the same company about 30 minutes from home, and they both get the notification while at work so it works from anywhere which is very nice.One thing that would've made the system even better is if it would have come with notification boxes that you could plug into the wall that way I could hear the alarm from my house also so I don't have to carry my phone around my house with me but it really works wonderfully.The only flaw that I noticed is, if my phone is open, I don't hear the alarm, I just get a drop-down notification that the alarm is being pushed. I also wish the alarm was a little louder or that there was a way to adjust the volume, maybe there is, but I haven't seen that yet from inside the app.But it's still gets five stars because it really works well!

I've had this a couple of months and the button is broken, it won't hold a charge anymore.

We purchased this as a call button for our nonverbal special needs son. It works as expected. The apps that you need to download are a little cumbersome, but overall one you set it up it works as described. The only limitation is you can’t be too far (not more than 1 floor away from) your WiFi router or they won’t work.

My Mother lives with us in her own side of the house. She recently has fallen and we purchased these in case she fell again!! They work awesome!! Our phones alert us and the alarm button goes off also!! This is a must have if you have for aging parents!!

Very simple product. You connect the button(s) to your home network. Download the app to your phone and sync everything. When the button is pressed a very loud notification is pushed to your phone app. No subscription, no hidden costs. Setup was literally 5 minutes. Used the provided tape to attach one outside my mom's bedroom and one in the kitchen. I can't imagine a better and simple product for urgent notifications.

Does what it's supposed to, we got it for my mother since she's a huge fall risk. However sometimes it will go off without her even pressing it, so its clearly a bit sensitive. Okay for the price.
