It's not the same as the other weak and flimsy display racks, our sturdy frame is made of 20mm width X 0.8mm thickness square tube, the metal wires' diameter is 2.8mm, more strong and durable, can hold more heavy items. No assembly instructions were included, but you could basically figure it out by looking at the diagrams at the Amazon site. Eight 3-inch bolts were required to attach the 4 wheel bases to the 2 panels, but only four 3-inch bolts were included in the shipment. Four 2-inch bolts were required to attach the upper to the lower 3x3-foot panels--2 per panel pair--but only two 2-inch bolts were included. Four 1-inch bolts were required to add support when attaching the upper and lower panels, and I used them all. However, there were 4 additional holes for such bolts that I could have used for additional support. Finally, a total of twelve 6-mm diameter nuts were required and only 7 were provided. I went to my local hardware store to buy the hardware that was not provided. Once assembled, I would say that I am happy with the sturdiness of the product, but someone needs to double-check to ensure that ALL the necessary parts are included in the shipment.
