Outstanding quality 6061 stick. Protective film on both sides kept the immaculate finish. the two fabrications that came off my CNC from this stock looked light years better than my regular stock.

"Polished" ? No. To me polished would mean no detechable lines. Good quality but not polished.

Corners aren't 90 degrees. Not a huge deal, but over the length of 12 inches the difference is about a 1/16th.

I have a Zodiac rigid inflatable boat and the outboard sits too low. I bought a jack plate to mount to the transom to raise the outboard up. The jack plate mounts with only four bolts. I amNot comfortable with all of the outboard’s weight hanging on the transom by four bolts alone. I wanted to reinforce the transom with aluminum plates. These couldn’t be any better. Extremely sturdy, 6061 so they don’t corrode easily, I can drill and tap them for the bolts and they came wrapped in thick bubble wrap with plastic shrink wrap. Perfect! Just a note - the sides are sharp. Be vary careful when handling!
