I got these for a non-kayak use. I hoped they would fit in the track on my woodworking table and they do. I did not read closely enough to notice they said 1/4" x 23. The normal 1/4" threading is 20 so it does not work with 1/4" bolts. It is M6-1 and I wish they had just said that.They slide pretty smoothly in the aluminum track but occasionally catch. I am assuming that a smoother edge would eliminate that.

These track screws work perfectly for my Seastream kayak. My husband fitted a cell phone holder to my kayak track with these screws, and it's better than a store bought accessory. Use these screws to basically make anything you want a kayak accessory!

Made roughly without a nice finish, not wide enough to fit correctly in kayak rail it falls through and sits crooked

Unfortunately, we were not able to use this as intended as the size didn't quit fit. So be sure to measure properly. Besides that, they are inferior quality than we had hoped, so not sure if they would have held up to the task. If you need a sturdy bracket, this may not be what you want.

Perhaps quality control corrected the problem the other reviewer had? These 2 piece 304 stainless steel kayak track screws and T bolts fit into my track like a charm. I ordered these so I could have a couple of spares on my yak. I fish a lot and could foresee losing a T bolt because I am constantly changing accessories out on the various rivers. Very durable and well made. Will never rust. Thick stainless steel which seed perfectly into my tracks which came on my boat. The track screws also fit into the other tracks I have ordered to upgrade some of my 4 yaks. Love them! Great price. 5 stars

These stainless steel screws and nuts are very well made. They fit perfectly on my kayak. I am now able to add accessories. Would recommend

These work in my kayak and I was able to secure a hanging bag to the kayak rails. What I didn't realize was that I needed shorter screws for the depth of my rails so the screw doesn't go all the way down.
