The product was exactly as I was expecting and functions well. Unfortunately, I didn't note the size before I bought them, which was my fault so I won't blame the product for that. I had planned on getting 5-inch ones, but I think these will work well for me if I'm careful. They spin very smoothly and are extremely strong. If you need to turn any platter or plate, for example, into a turntable, these things work extremely well. I use them in my clay studio to set my sculptures on so that I can work on all sides by turning quickly and easily. I'll just have to be careful that they're balanced well on these smaller ones.

I picked up several round stands for holding pens, pencils, and brushes. I like them, but adding these rotary carousel bearings increased their usefulness at least 300%.

These lazy susans are priced right and so easy to install. You can nail, screw or glue them in place. I love them because you can use them in a variety of ways.

I am using these for a contraption im rigging up and thought these would be a good test case and would buy better later. These actually were sturdier than i thought!

I used this to create a lazy Susan for my window plant. I wanted to be able to automatically rotate the plant 90 degrees every 45 minutes. I used a small DC geared down motor (3 rev/min) together with two timers - one to control when the motor should turn on (every 45mins) and the other to control when the motor turns off (5 sec). The timer circuitry is powered by a 6V solar panel that charges an 18650 battery in the window. I used MOSFET circuitry (CD 4060 timers) which limits the current to the nano amp range when the motor isn't turning and 12ma when the motor turns. What's interesting is that the more pressure you put on the lazy Susan, the easier it turns when dealing with lighter loads. My pot weighs about 8lbs - so the motor doesn't need to be all that powerful.

Built a 12â€x 12†turntable for my wife’s painting crafts. Had to flush the heavy grease out of the bearings with carb cleaner to allow the turntable to spin freely. Works like a charm.
