I bought these rings for my grandson. He loves wearing them. He's 2 years old so yes we had to adjust the rings to fit him and Yes they are adjustable!

These broke the day after they were given. The tops popped right off the rings and needed to be reglued. The children were only wearing them and playing video games, so they weren't rough housing or anything like that. A little disappointed that they only stayed intact for literally one day.
