These gaskets are good quality. The are made from 3 layers with the outer two made of a thin metal and the middle layer a black material that's obviously heat resistant. In addition the gasket center hole has a metal sealing ring around its circumference.The gasket fit my pipe diameter fine. However the outer holes were centered too large for the bolt holes on my flanges. My flanges are smaller than usual so that was not too much of a surprise. To get the gaskets to work with my flanges I enlarged the three mounting holes to fit. The gasket cut fine without delaminating, also an indication of their assembly quality.

These two gaskets fit perfectly with my header flanges. They appear to be high quality and should last the life of my new exhaust
