I rated the product a 4 vs 5, because shipping took long & was delayed & then arrived on a totally different day, then what it kept changing to.The product itself was too late, for what I needed it for. I didn’t try using the pull, so not sure, about those. I did utilize the moving pads, a little & they are good. Recommendation is to order, with plenty of lead time.

Had an earlier version of these but lost custody of them to my son so had to be replaced. Makes moving large items almost effortless. Can't go wrong with these.

Quality isn’t great at all. My husband said he wish he knew they wasn’t well made before ordering. They won’t last long and we will be replacing them. The size was good just not good quality at all. If you are wanting something to last more then a few uses don’t buy these. Other thing was they was coming apart when we received them. I had to glue them together so my husband could use them. Not worth the money or hassle at all.
