Sometimes we work from home and the "office" is in the basement. We have a large (4' x 8') standing/rolling whiteboard that we use regularly. I got tired of moving the whiteboard around and wanted to make some extra space. So, I decided to take the rolling metal frame off the whiteboard and mount it to the ceiling so that it can fold up against the ceiling. Our basement does not have a finished ceiling but, instead, you can see the upstairs floor joists as the basement ceiling. We put two of these butterfly hinges on one side and a door flip latch on the other. Now, we can store the whiteboard much easier by folding it up against the ceiling when we aren't using it. Then, when we need it, we can easily release the latch and let it flip down. Works Perfectly!

Bought the clamps for my wife. She finds them most useful in her hobby doing screen printing.Point of note: you might have to get proper screws to fix the clamps to the frame or wooden base as the one's supplied are not best quality, very in size and breaks easily.Other than the issue with the screws (minor really). The clamps do their job and are sturdy.
