When it arrived at my doorstep, I was very concerned because it was completely flat, less than an inch tall. Looking at reviews, somebody mentioned it was vacuum sealed. I cautiously cut the pack, then instantly air was pulled into it, and it started to inflate. Within a minute, it was fully inflated, a full 1.5 inches per piece as advertised.I use foam like this for shipping framed art. It is durable, firm, and works well. I think this 6 pack is reasonably priced for what I do, which is cutting this into pieces to secure my art in shipping boxes.

Used to raise and support the body of an acoustic guitar in a too-large hardshell case. It lifted the body up (inside the case) enough so that the neck was resting properly in the case, and not at an angle. Fit perfectly, without cutting. Bonus is a second piece, that I’ve saved for eventually replacing the first, if it’s ever needed. Did not need to buy a new guitar case.

the foam comes vacuum packed... and is very thin. cut it when thin (I didn't) it cuts okay when expanded but I bet would cut so much easier when thin.I used 3M super 77 adhesive and it sticks well, it cushions well.. I have no idea how long it lasts as I just installed it today

These foam sheets are just as described. Be aware that these are shipped vacuum packed. I was a bit surprised when I opened the outer package and found the foam was less than 1/2†thick. As soon as I opened the inner package, the sheets began expanding, achieving full expansion within a minute.These sheets are thick celled sheets and are not flimsy.They are worth the money.

Very springy and resilient. Note that it arrives in a vacuum sealed bag about 1/10th as thick as the expanded product. Be sure to let it expand back to full size before use. Responds to xacto knife cutting very well for custom internal and external shaping. A good amount of foam rubber given today's costs.

I have a sturdy case I bought which came with "pick" foam, i.e., foam that was cut every half inch or so but only partially so the pieces could be "picked" out leaving a space for whatever. The problem is the stuff just keeps falling apart, and after a short usage it is not very useful at all. I found this product and gave it a try.The best thing about this foam is that it is much less "spongy" than other foams. When you cut it (I used a scalpel, but an Xacto knife or similar will do), the foam that is left has much more body and therefore is much better at protecting the object you want protected, like my very expensive camera and lenses.The foam is shipped in a thick plastic bag and all the air has been removed. So what you get is much smaller than you expected. Carefully cut it out of the bag, and the foam expands to its full body very quickly.And, this foam is a lot less expensive and available in more convenient sizes than I have seen before. I give this product two thumbs up.

When they arrived I was sure they had sent the wrong product because the package looked way too thin, but they expanded greatly after being opened. They work perfectly to hold all my blending brushes.

Bon produit, bon prix, livraison rapide, mais le transporteur semble avoir eu des problèmes avec la localisation du colis. Le colis est arrivé à bon port, à la date prévue, mais le transporteur l'a "perdu de vue" .
