I bought these and attached them to a length of metal conduit to make my own heavy duty scrub brush. Previously I bought a pole with plastic threads and attached my scrub brush to it. Within 15 minutes the plastic threads broke. These didn't break.

My screw on adapter broke on the extension pole I use for washing boat and RV. This was great to get me back up and washing without the need for a new extension pole. I will get this again when I need them.

arrived quickly and as described..3 hardware options included to secure it to pole..will be using this to attach a saw head to aluminum pole ..the previous head snapped during the first use because the screw that was part of the method to secure the saw embedded into the threads and weakened the integrity..different saw this time..threaded but with a thumb screw clamp that tightens around the collar beyond the acme threads..hope this works

Make sure to properly fasten these caps to the handle before installing, try not to bind the handles to keep from breaking the tip off in the broom head. The tips are very strong and durable.
