My think pad built in mic stopped working. I am constantly in zoom meetings so needed a fix fast. These were very cheap and worked simply by plugging it in— no set up, no hassle. Maybe it is not as high fidelity as other options, but for conference calls it is working great

I use these to add a mic to my Raspberry Pi builds. They work even when attached through a usb hub. They pick up sound surprisingly well. Its a mono pick-up, but that works just fine for adding speech-to-text to function. A good value. Works as described.

I would have liked to come across this product years ago I have invested a lot in microphones and in every place I offer my services, now this model is much better has a clear reception, and takes up zero space on my desk excellent and very good price

I wanted a small microphone for my laptop because the built in one kept acting up. This is not one for professional type work but it worked well on my laptop and it was plug and play. Everyone I talked to said I sounded good on their end.

Out of the packages, one mic didn't even work. Audacity shows a flat line when recording(that means no signal from mic). The other works, but is sooooo quiet its unusable. I tried boosting the gain but then its super static and terrible audio.

I'm using this as a microphone for a Raspberry Pi Zero camera setup. It works fine, even at across-the-room distances, as long as you raise the gain. It's very noisy but you can make out audio well enough, so it's not too bad.

The mic on my laptop failed. This tiny USB mic plugged right in and completely replaces the original mic. My sound for meetings, etc., is as good as it ever was.

Bought 4 of these mini mics and they all worked flawlessly on my desktops.
