I was skeptical to buy this as the reviews were not the greatest. All I needed was a pan that would fry 2 eggs at the same time. This was the cheaper of ones on Amazon so thought I'd give it a try. Was just amazing for 2 fried eggs. Heated up quickly. Even heat distribution. Eggs cooked quickly. No sticking and easy clean. Its small ... will fit on small element size on stovetop which is all you need if 2 fried eggs is all you need. (Watching weight so eating 2 eggs for breakfastðŸ˜) I would recommend this. It's well made ... like a cast iron feel with non stick. It’s important to give a quick spray with nonstick like say “Pam†otherwise eggs do stick a bit.

This is perfect for cooking an egg and some meat while the English muffin toasts. Nothing sticks so it’s easy to clean.

I used it for the first time today and the first thing I noticed was that the eggs cooked fairly quickly and that it is the exact size for an English Muffin. It does take some practice to get the egg out and flip it though. I have a double-sided spatula so I for it out but the regular spatula slid it around the pan until I could flip it. This pan allowed the egg to cook evenly. I suggest the pan to everyone. I think it would even work at a campsite over a fire but do not quote me on that.

Skillet works great. Just keep in mind that you can’t flip the eggs like you would with a standard pan. I just put a small pot lid over it while cooking and it solves that problem. Now we can make breakfast sandwiches at home with perfectly circular eggs.

After 5 months of moderate use, the non stick surface is bubbling up and is possibly unsafe for food
