PERFECT SIZE and the detail of the scallops in the mold give the madeleines great detail. Slightly deeper and bigger than the metal pans which I love.Perfect for dripping melted chocolate in the molds and pressing in the baked Madeleine to keep the detail.Great quality. No sticking after baking... I've done with and without coating and other than a slight texture change, either way is grand. Easy to wash n dry too.

It's easy to remove the cookies and they cook evenly but the shape of the cookie is not as distinct and crisp as metal pans.
