Using this to hang a sign across a door when someone is in the room so others are aware (safety reasoning). Seems durable and well coated.

We have tried to dry our clothes on the line outside for years..like our mothers did. My "inovative use" for this chain is to use it as part of the clothesline...you can put your shirts and T shirts and other hanging items on plastic hangers and then pop them into the loops. They stay apart, not sliding together and get a nice outdoorsy smell. Unless, of course, your HOA does not allow solar drying. Nice piece of hardware!!

I bought this covered chain to drape over a tree branch in order to hang a wind chime. It’s working perfectly for my purpose. I’m very happy with it and expect it will last for years.
