I needed an extension for my septic drain hose on my RV and I stumbled across this one which connected to my original one and to my drain spout with no issues. It's super lightweight but seems to have a pretty solid plastic coating that should last for years

I’ve been using a similar system made by Valterra for many years, and this is what I will be comparing this product to. This kit was all inclusive. Two hoses, a clear elbow, and end caps to seal the hoses for storage. The outer diameter is about the same on both brands, but the inner diameter is a little smaller on this one, as shown in the picture. It didn’t seem to affect flow rate when emptying the tanks. The flexible sections of the bellows is quite thin, but well made. The end fittings are very thick and sturdy. This is compatible with other twist lock type hoses. The connections sealed tightly with no leaks. The hoses also fits nicely in a standard 4†rear bumper.

A little disappointed in the quality for the price.After ordering I found several at lesser prices than this one. We needed one at the time, so we kept this one. Not very easy to clean.
