Pros: well made, 12ft reach is perfect for my solar panels. I can clean them safely on my 2nd story roof.Cons: 1) it's too well made, i.e. a bit heavy....a lighter gauge metal would be easier use, especially horizontally. 2) It says it's a 20ft in the main description, but then it says 12ft. They're assuming it will be used vertically by a 5ft person. I use it on my panels horizontally, so my height doesn't help. 3) The squeegee should be wider, e.g. 12-18"But I gave it 5 stars anyway.

Very sturdy, given the long pole length. Bought to clean windows and half moon over a two story foyer, and I was able to reach the top even without a ladder. It was easy to use, and did a great job

I liked that is had a squeegee built in that works quite well. The cloth cleaner snaps on but it’s not super strong. I had it come loose a few times. I’m doing super light work with it I’m just cleaning solar panels basically using the morning dew to clean em and then squeegee. If I was using this for more serious cleaning that required more than a light scrub I would probably take away 1-2 more starts. It’s just not sturdy on there. But for my use ‘it’ll doâ€. Meh.

I am impressed With the quality of this pole. Excellent for reaching the inside roof of my porch and lanai. Adjustments in height and change of the “head†are excellent.

Makes cleaning so much easierWe have a lot of windows and it always seemed like no matter what I did I’d miss a spot or have a dirty streak. This has made cleaning so much easier. Very well made. Very durable yet light enough to use very easily. I would buy this over and over again. Perfect size and the handle length is so perfect.

The top of my second story windows are 27 ft off the ground. I bought the 30 ft pole (advertised as 36 ft reach) thinking the extra length would be useful so I could stand distance away from the house and not step in landscaping. Didn't need the length; wish I would've bought the next size down. The pole really gets up there! It's light but gives you a good workout at that length. Unfortunately, after all that work, my windows did not get clean. Could be because they hadn't been cleaned before and needed extra work? Could because I didn't want to do so much extra work to retract the pole and dunk the head in my cleaning bucket after every pass like I would on lower floors? I'll have to learn and get better. What is clear immediately is that the squeegee attachment is terrible. I tried it wet and dry and it is useless. It doesn't pull water off windows well at all. I put my older wash and squeegee combo tool on the pole and redid the first floor windows and they turned out perfectly, but that tool can't attach to the threaded pole and I assume won't stay on when it's wobbling around trying to get up to clean the second floor windows. I'll have to figure out how to mount it, because the tool that came with the pole is no good and I don't want to waste my time again.
