I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of the bags. Some of the drawstring were heat sealed, but many were not, so I will have to find a lighter and finish the job so they don't unravel. These bags are slightly heavier than flimsy plastic store shopping bags and the frosted plastic makes it easy to remember what you put in the bag. I put an adult baseball cap in my photos to help show the capacity since shoe sizes can vary so much and not give a good representation. These bags will work for tennis shoes and smaller, but ankle boots, like hiking boots and such probably won't fit. This is partly because the base of the bag is not big, maybe 2.5 inches. I will use these for an upcoming trip with no expectation that the bags will be good for more than one vacation. Honestly, these bags would be perfect for sorting outfits for my trip, or storing souvenirs or even for gift giving (just add some tissue paper).

These are just a better kind of grocery store plastic bags with draw strings. They can fit at most a size 9-10 basketball sneaker, so they're not for big shoes. You can give them a few good uses if you're careful. Otherwise, they will destroy or rip.

okay, I know that it's not what they were intended for, but I'm I'm a spinner and crocheter and sometimes weave who is packing her Works in Progress, yarn and roving for a trans-atlantic move this year, and well, all that fluffy goodness weighs a lot less in bags, and is more easily organized for shipping. LOVE THEM!

They are exactly what they are stated to be: drawstring plastic bags. They are translucent, sturdier than a regular grocery store plastic bag, and not much bigger than a pair of sneakers. (My picture features a pair of Crocs slippers.) They are small and not particularly sturdy, but that's what proper shoe bags are for. These aren't meant to be that, and there are 20 of them. I can see a bunch of uses, including and not limited to regular clothes, carrying wet swimsuits, carrying accessories on the beach, and make-shift handbag. I'll be taking these on an overseas trip in a week.
