Simple fasteners, not much to say. The casting is clean, threads well cut, and black coating is both nice looking and even. They appear cast, not machined on the outer surface, but are smooth enough and attractive. Threaded nicely onto bot new and vintage 3/8 bolts I had laying around.

I got these wings nuts to secure my drill press vise to the press table. I like being able to tighten and loosen the bolts from the underside of the table without having to use a wrench. These wingnuts are the same quality you'd find at your local hardware store. As you can see from my photos I put four of them to use right away, even before taking the photos. Yup, I had a need. The threads are clean so they spun on easily. It seemed odd that the case had 10 compartments with two nuts in each rather than all 20 nuts in one non-compartmented case, but it's actually better this way. You can see at a glance you got all twenty nuts you paid for, and the case can be used later to store small items and keep them separated. It's perfect for things like brad nails, thumbtacks, pins, small screws, washers and other small items.

These are outstanding. Purchased to finish off some cornhole boards. I purchased black bolts from Amazon and thought I would finish it off with black wingnuts. Not available at my local Hone Depot.These seem initially to hold their color. Time will tell.So convenient to be able to click and buy.

Good solid construction. No defects or scratches that I can see. For some reason they're shipped in an anti static plastic bag.
