These are great! I needed a quick solution for my team and these fit the bill. Easy to use (it's more difficult to get the printed sheet ready!). They get super hot, so watch your fingers! I like that the magnets are separate items.

Sublimates wonderfully! Though the magnets are quite strong (and comes with an appropriate warning for pacemaker patients), my name tag fell off on my second wearing because it got snagged when taking off my cross body bag. So just be careful when you use. Way better than making holes in your shirt!
