These are so fun and easy to use. Be sure to sprinkle enough rice flour on top if you want your design to pop after baking your bread. These stencils are easy to use and easy to clean for use after use. You get so many in the pack, I shared with a friend who is also a baker.

A bit too big for our loaves, made in a banner on, but do work if you are careful. We use rice flour for the image. You can also use these for other stencil uses.

I am trying to get creative with my sourdough Baki g so I bought these stencils. They are so fun, but I find that the tops of my loaves aren’t quite large enough to lay these flat so I have to be careful holding the corners down on a slightly curved surface in order to sprinkle with flour and not get messy. But, I am a beginner at baking so perhaps my Kia es should be bigger!

These stencils are basically cutout images on a plastic square. The images are fun and pretty diverse, they have them for many different occasions. I found they were easy to use and have used them several times. Just lay the selected one on top of (in this case) the bread, sprinkle rice flour over the stencil and carefully remove the stencil, put bread into oven and bake. The picture shows the final result. I love it. I also have used them for sprinkles, saying Happy Birthday, on a birthday cake. They wash up so easy, pretty much by running hot soapy water over them and rinsing. So you can use them over and over. Easy. Peasy.
