Snaps off easily with the lightest tug. I recommend buying one that screws onto the base of the button. The snap on is so weak it hangs from your pants all limp and wiggly, sticking out very noticeably. I honestly don’t know what these buttons would be effective for. Definitely not jeans.I’ve gotten a couple different designs in the past all from different companies. I’ve had snap on buttons before and these were just very disappointing and unusable.

worked to fix my levis. glad to see these are all metal. there is a little play to the section thats pre attached. gotten denim from china with buttons like that before. works for my purpose. mended pants then hammered face on with rubber mallet with jeans sitting on a piece of wood

These looked to be a decent quality but did not work for my suede coat as a replacement. Too flimsy for thicker denim leather or suede.

I needed to add buttons for the suspenders on my workpants. These are junk. They bend at the slightest tap of a hammer to install the nail. Then they are these stupid flimsy floppy buttons because of the way they are designed. Not like a normal jean button.What a waste.

Need to quickly repair a button on pants or add a button to an outfit?These are quick, easy to use and they are durable. They hold up to tension and don't just pop off like other buttons do.I have used them on denim, dickies, carhart and other materials. You have to apply a little more pressure and using pliers helps.

First one fell apart as I took it out the bag. Second one fell apart as I installed it. Now I have a stem and base on my pants but no button Pants now ruined and left unusable. Going to go to Marks tomorrow to buy new $60 workpants, told everyone at work to avoid junk from this seller. All20 pieces flimsie and useless. Very disappointed Amazon

I purchased these for decorative features on denim bags, etc. The design meets my decorative needs . I can’t say how well they’d function a# a fastener on pants, etc..A dab of glue will keep the back in place.Unfortunately, this package came in a box was far too large for it—fortunately, I can use use for gift wrapping. A small mailing bag would have sufficed.
