I am starting to get into sound therapy and this was an added treat to my instruments when I feel inspired to play. The clean sound of chimes is refreshing to the senses.

Pro: It is nice looking, seems pretty well made. It doesn't look really cheap. There are 2 different mallets which produce different sounds from the chimes. A metal and a plastic mallet. My kids are loving playing with it. Its not instruments quality, but they are a fun decoration and my kids are enjoying them.Cons: A little higher pitched than I was hoping for, but they sound nice.

This wind chime instrument has a beautiful delicate, yet well-projecting sound. It was loud enough to be heard in a quiet 110 seat black box theatre, as part of a Foley Desk. We did need some light sound reinforcement, since there were lines being given. The biggest concern was that it ended up needing to be gaff-taped to the desk - a lot of movement on Foley desks and percussion rigs, so mounting securely is crucial.

I use these in my yoga and Kirtan classes, especially when leading Sound Bath experiences for the purpose of group relaxation and stress reduction. They add a tremendously beautiful layer of sonic sweetness to the class.

I like these chimes and I'm glad I got them in blue! The chimes came in tact with no damage and you are able to play it straight out of the box. Some extra strings were provided should any of the chimes fall off. Looking forward to using it with my music students.

3 stars as it looks as though it may be used as there are markings as if someone used the wood pallets to dig into the top and one of the chimes looks like there is a stain on it. However, really enjoy! sounds magical. Would be closer 5 stars if the issues of looking used/quality control weren't there. Worth the price, when on sale (and in good condition) and would recommend!

...room for improvement.😕It is (almost) exactly as pictured in the product photos here except that the smaller mallet's handle doesn't fit through the hole at the top of frame as it is shown. Will have to drill out the hole to make that work.ðŸ˜The frame and chimes are fairly good quality but the strings they are attached with look cheap and rather flimsy. These could easily be changed for the better by using a different type of cord. Color in this regard might also look better than the white ones.The sound is pleasant and is something similar to wind chimes. I plan to put this in a garden setting as a decor item so it probably WILL become a wind chime in that environment.ðŸ˜Around $40 would be a more reasonable price, all things considered and compared to similar products here at Amazon. Over $50 is too much.
