The envelopes are well made and are green but the color is darker than shown on Amazon. I would have went with a lighter green

Decent quality envelope that seals well. They aren’t security envelopes, but because of their color and opaqueness, you can’t see through them. I use them to draw attention to certain information in inter-office mail (color coding) and it works well. I would purchase again. The reason I deducted a star is the color quality, it is a little uneven.

I love these because they aren't see through, they feel somewhat sturdy (or sturdy enough), the color is great and I believe it catches the attention of the person receiving the mail that makes them want to open your mail right away - it does catch the attention :) I usually use these to send out mailers/newsletters to my clients and non-clients. I have gotten responses that is even better. :)

I wanted to color envelope so it showed up better when I paid bills. I know that’s not a major reason but it’s one of my quirks. I like buying them in a small quantity rather than having to buy a box of five 500. Again it was convenient to order from Amazon as I had no Interest in adding it to one more of my errands when I drove to town.They are fine and I would recommend buying them.One other thing is, there a little bit larger than a regular regular number 10 envelope which makes it even more handy if mailing multiple pages.
