Wire rope crimping loop sleeves is made of aluminum with a polished surface that is not easy to corrode and it can be used for a long time.They can be compressed by vise, pliers, or with a compression tool.
Simply use pliers to tighten the wire rope sleeve at both ends of the crimp ring or use a wire rope crimper tool to crimp the cable jacket to ensure that the installed carabiner is securely fastened to the rope.

I needed to hang a sun shade and had 1/8" cabling. I wanted to attach the cable to an eyebolt and a turnbuckle. This kit worked great! I was able to wrap the cable around the thimble and run the cable into the ferrule before crimping. The end product looks very professional and is incredibly secure. Great stuff!

I ordered these for a blackberry trellis project. These ferrules are pretty "standard" and easy to work with. I ran the wire through the eye screw, created a loop with a ferrule and used my crimping tool to crush the ferrule...easy enough!
