Drilled the holes with the drill bit supplied, blew out the holes, and tried to put the screws in but they break off way too easily. Junk screws!!DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!

Although there are observations here about the screws arriving mixed up inside the box, I did not experience that problem. These screws are THICK, so the entire mass of them is HEAVY, and you could see how the plastic dividers would give up the ghost being moved around. The screws themselves are excellent, and I appreciate the hex head, because this is one application that really lends to stripping Phillips heads out. I have my own Bosch masonry bits and Festool drills, drivers and bits, so the included bits were of no use to me. But the price for this set is fabulous, especially when you trot down to Home or Blue (Lowe's) Depot and see what they charge there. This was a really nice add to my shop, highly recommended!

These are made in China. Are these as good as the most popular name brand concrete screws (that are also made in China)? - No. Are they still a good value at 25% of the cost of the name brand screws? - ABSOLUTELY!!! Just make sure you drill the correct sized pilot hole, use an impact driver, and don't overtighten and these will work perfectly for you. They include 8 different screw sizes and the associated drill bits. The drill bits are of "iffy" quality. They will work of for a while if you use a hammer drill and don't apply too much pressure on the drill (let the drill do the work). However, if you use a standard (non-hammer) drill don't expect to get more than one hole out of a drill bit. So bottom line, if you have a hammer drill and an impact driver, you will have no problem with these whatsoever...and you will score an absolute bargin.

All the screws are loose in the shipping box since the plastic box arrived broken.
