The new form replaces Form 1099-MISC for reporting nonemployee compensation (in Box 7), shifting the role of the 1099-MISC for reporting all other types of compensation. Most businesses will still need to file both forms which we include in our kit.Our package meets all government, 4-part state, and IRS filing requirements and includes both 1099 Misc and 1099 NEC forms. I love this combo pack! I have a client that has only a handful of 1099 vendors, plus me. So, ten of each was more than enough and it was the only combo pack I saw, and definitely a lot less than buying both the 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC separately. The forms are the same quality as those I’ve bought in prior years. I definitely will be looking for the small combo pack in future years.

If you need to file just a few 1099 NEC & 1099 Misc., this is about the best you can do. The forms work well with Quickbooks, and it lined up in my Laser printer with no adjustments. This was the best price I could find.

It's nice that both the 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC are in the same package. I would have given it 5 stars except it is way too many forms for my and many other small businesses (and of course the forms can only be used in the 2020 tax year)!

I have not had this issue before but this year the 1099NEC package did not have the Copy B for recipient, found 1099MISC Copy B there in its place instead. The size difference is the first tip off...This is such a pain, especially since we have such a short turn around time if the forms we order are incorrect!

After the third (unsuccessful) attempt to print the 1099 NEC forms for my contractors, I noticed that these pre-printed forms each had different top and bottom margins. They were printed and cut wrong by the publisher. For the price of these sheets of paper, they should all be standard, and all be the same. Also, these forms were revised in 2022, and there are new NEC, MISC, and INT IRS revised forms for January 2024. These will still work for the 2023 tax year, but should be updated for next year.
