(Revised) the customer service was very responsive in trying to help with the issue where the machine keeps restarting. They sent me a new one and it has been behaving well since. There is a large selection of songs and the quality is very good. The function to order songs on mobile is very useful.(Previous)The machine stopped working and kept restarting after 3 months

Trying to get everything working requires searching the internet for YouTube videos since the instruction manual is worthless. Microphones also do not connect. I am still working on trying to get fully functional.

System is okay. That said, in between songs, the player defaults to Chinese music despite setting language to English. I also emailed the company prior to purchasing the system and asked about its YouTube interface for which the company stated the system was fully compatible. This isn’t true do please use caution when purchasing.
